Geraint Evans
Profile
Geraint Evans founded Bureau Property Consultants in 1997. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has executive responsibility for all valuation matters. He is a RICS Registered Valuer.
Geraint undertakes all valuation and expert witness work and provides input on investment strategy and management for commercial and residential properties and portfolios. He has appeared as an expert witness before Tribunals and Public Enquiries for a number of corporate and private clients.
Before forming Bureau Property Consultants he worked as a property developer, winning a British Council of Offices "Building of the Year" Award and a FIABCI Gold Award for his work on the NCM Credit Insurance Building in Cardiff Bay.
In his spare time Geraint enjoys art & design, listening to music, spending time with his family and all sorts of sports. He is currently trying to learn conversational Greek.
